Work Without Barriers gives disabled people fast access to the workplace equipment they need to start work, stay in work, or succeed in self-employment. We bridge long Access to Work delays by providing essential tools, support, and mentoring — all led by lived experience.

2. Rapid Equipment Access
We match you with the right workplace equipment from our lending library and get it to you within days — not months.
3. Ongoing Support
We provide mentoring and support throughout, ensuring you have everything you need to start and stay in work.
Choose Your Plan
Employers select one of three annual membership tiers. Disabled individuals can also access support directly through our grant-funded tier. All tiers include the RDC 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
